Played with a standard 52-card deck. The dealer reveals one card — the joker (house card) — into the middle. Everyone bets Andar or Bahar before the deal; the first card always goes to Andar, then cards alternate between the two piles. The pile that receives a card matching the joker's rank wins, and players who backed it split the losing side's pot in proportion to their stakes.
A standard 52-card deck — one card is placed in the middle as the joker, and the rest are dealt.
Two to five players per table; when fewer than three humans are present, AI players fill the empty seats.
In this version the first card is always dealt to Andar — the most common live/casino format. The traditional home variant uses the joker's colour instead (black → Andar first, red → Bahar first).
As soon as a dealt card matches the joker's rank (suit ignored) — the pile that received that card wins.
Winning-side players get their stake back plus a proportional share of the losing side's pot. There is no house edge — the total chips on the table are always conserved.
All stakes are returned and the next round starts.
A 12-second window — but the deal starts as soon as everyone has bet. If the window expires without your bet, you sit the round out.
